Get Ready for Med School Without Studying
It’s totally normal to be nervous leading up to starting medical school! But instead of studying, there are plenty of other things you can do to prepare.
1. Practice cooking and meal prepping! This will help you make sure that you have nutritious meals ready to go when you’re busy.
2. Find exercises that you love! Having go to workout routines, relieves you of the mental load of trying to find exercises to do when you’re in the thick of the semester. If you find exercises that you love, you’ll be more likely to keep a routine!
3. If you can, travel! Medical school will be a very busy time and will be hard for you to find opportunities to travel. Use the summer leading up to explore a new place whether it be in your state, country, or overseas!
4. While in medical school, it might be hard to find time to spend with family and friends. Make sure that you cherish the time that you have in the summer leading up!
