The horrors of sunshine🔥☀️
Sunlight is not just dangerous for UV radiation, it is made up of multiple light spectra that penetrate, destroying the skin at different depths.
UV radiation (UVA)
Despite having lower energy than UVB, UVA rays can penetrate through the epidermis layer down to the dermis. The horror of UVA is that it creates large amounts of free radicals, destroys cells and connective tissue, degrades skin structures, lacks hydration, leads to wrinkles, wrinkles, dark skin color, and increases the risk of skin cancer.
UVB radiation (UVB)
It is a high-energy radiation and severely injures the skin on the outer layers.
- Inflammation.
- Sunburn. Red.
- Dry, peeling, burning and blistering.
If the skin is exposed to UV radiation for a long time, it triggers a DNA disorder and causes skin cancer.
Blue Light (HEVIS)
Blue light is a visible light found in both sunlight and electronic device screens. The horror is that it can break through to destroy the inner skin even if we are in the shade. Blue light goes in to stimulate enzymes to destroy collagen and ilastin.
- The skin wears off quickly.
- Slack and wrinkle, frosted, freckles, faster than age, not unlike UV radiation.
- Blue light also destroys retinal health.
- Disrupt the body's biological clock.
- Making sleep and natural skin restoration worse.
Infrared radiation
It's a radiation that we can't see but touch in the form of heat. This radiation has the greatest wavelength, penetrates the deepest to the subcutaneous layer. Infrared heat activates free radicals to destroy the collagen in the deep layer of skin, causes sagging, burning skin, and also causes some skin diseases, such as Erythema ab Igne (thermal dermatitis), as well as increases the risk of skin cancer.
Cellular skin structure destruction (free radicals)
All of the above-mentioned light is a trigger for free radicals. These free radicals directly damage the cell coat, which contains collagen fibers. When this structure breaks down, the skin sags, pores are wide, and looks obviously precocious. Moreover, sun free radicals increase the risk of other serious health problems such as cardiovascular disease and cataract disease.
