Crushed my goal again
2nd day in a row amazing👏🏼❤️ Last Wednesday of my summer swimming, because next week their is something happening so we don’t get our swim. Crazy how I got to hit over 2000m 2 days in a row! Feels so good🥰#swimming #hittinggoals #fitnessmotivation #moveyourbody
Staying motivated during your swim workouts can be challenging, but breaking your goals into achievable milestones really helps. I found that celebrating small wins, like reaching 2000 meters two days straight, keeps me energized and focused. Including variety in your swim strokes—like freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke—can also make sessions more enjoyable and reduce fatigue. On my last swimming days, I also incorporated water walking with family, which added a social and low-impact activity to my routine. This change of pace helped me recover while still staying active. Remember, having a supportive coach or swim buddy can make a huge difference by providing encouragement and accountability. I also noticed that tracking my calories, exercise time, heart rate, and pace, using tools like the Activity Rings, gave me insights into my progress and motivated me further. Taking a relaxing beach walk after swim sessions helped me appreciate the effort and rejuvenate both body and mind. If you’re aiming to crush your swim goals, consistency and listening to your body are key. Mixing in different swim strokes, workouts, and active recovery sessions ensures you enjoy the journey and avoid burnout. Keep pushing, and you’ll be amazed by the progress you can make!
