3. Good service staff, good speech, smiling (Admin responds very well)
4. Enough parking
5. The facilities are okay. There are free snacks.
The downside ❌
1. Food cafe is quite expensive. Less options.
2. Wait a little longer to check in & check out, like not enough employees
3. Before staying, do not say in advance that a deposit is required. The room may cause many people not to prepare money in advance.
