What really is Work-Life Balance?
"I want to balance my life, but when I do a lot of work, I can't rest."
"I want to have time for myself, but I feel guilty about not working."
This is the reality of working people... who talk about Work-Life Balance almost every day.
But really - do we know what kind of "Balance" we really need?
Many people try to find a fixed formula for life.
Like, you only have to work eight hours a day, you have to rest Saturday and Sunday, you don't check mail after 6: 00.
But in truth, "each person's balance is not the same."
Some people are happy to get a loving job until late at night.
Some people enjoy turning off their laptops on time and then going home to cook.
There's no wrong answer... but the important thing is, do we feel balanced?
🔍 How do you know we're still Balance?
Try asking yourself these simple questions. 👇
Wake up feeling "wanting to start the day" or "just waiting for the day to go out"?
Rest time, do we really rest or keep thinking about work?
Do we have time for invigorating things, such as family, health, or personal dreams?
If the answer is "no" in many verses,
That's probably not because we're overworked.
But because we haven't made the "importance" of life clear enough,
A true Work-Life Balance 💡 may not be "dividing time equally."
But "giving time on purpose."
Working time - We're in full focus.
Time is with ourselves or family - we're really with him.
Because being balanced doesn't mean doing half of everything in the middle.
But to "live with every moment for a full hundred."
Don't try to find a balanced life like anyone.
But build a balance that suits our own rhythm.
Some have to accelerate. Some have to rest - all of that is part of the balance. 💜
Job's service is good, good.
