"Tell yourself a little."
Easy Questions That Do People Fall Most Interview (With Trick + Practical Script)
Why is this normal question the most broken?
Because most think it's just plain introductory, but actually... HR uses it to analyze everything.
Can you say that?
Arrange the idea?
Do you understand your own work?
What are the real strengths?
How suitable for the position
And the most broken thing is...
Telling too long / telling unrelated stories / recounting like reciting history in an application
So HR "confused" instead of "wow."
So today I summarized the simple trick I used to teach all my customers.
Answer in 30-45 seconds, super professional.
📌 FRAMEWORK 3 Sections: P - E - F (Past - Expertise - Fit)
Very easy to remember. Can use all lines
1) P - Past (Where From / Overall Experience)
To visualize who you are, how many years you've worked, what line.
Don't tell me every job, just the big picture.
2) E - Expertise (What is good? / What is good? / Featured works)
This is the part that HR uses to determine whether you're "yes" or "through."
Must be clearly described as skill + result.
3) F - Fit (Why are you interested in this job? / Why are you suitable for this company?)
Is the point of showing that
You're not looking for a job.
But "choose" the company for a reason, let him believe in you.

📌 important trick I want to leave.
🔹 Don't tell the whole life - tell the "working self."
🔹 Don't tell long pages - tell "works" + "highlights."
🔹 Don't talk floating - use the numbers for HR to visualize.
🔹 Don't talk too slowly - won't look confident.
🔹 Don't talk too fast - will seem to be surfing.
This question, if answered well = HR impressed from the beginning.
The other questions are flowing. 💜
