When I'm traveling, I try to stick to simpler, easily digestible meals, and yes, 'intuitive eating' really helps me listen to my body's signals. For hydration, it’s not just about water; I love bringing electrolyte tablets or a small packet of ginger tea for its digestive benefits. And those 'fart walks'? They’re truly a lifesaver!
