* Start slow with food — think plain and easy to digest.

* Avoid any stomach irritants.

When symptoms just won’t go away:

* Headache: Spend time outside when possible, limit screen time, and try a cold compress.

* Strained stomach: Take short walks after meals to aid digestion and do gentle stretches throughout the day.

* Brain fog: Take naps, practice breathing exercises, and incorporate light movement.

When I can, I…

* Wash my sheets.

* Sanitize the bathroom, bedroom, and all frequently touched surfaces.

* Open the windows!!

* Take a shower (not too hot, as it can dehydrate you even more).

Remember: Healing after sickness takes time, but if you take steps to care for your body, she will heal. :)
