*** Not a medical professional. I am somewhat active

I still take d3 with k2. Weather is changing so I will be getting less sunlight.

Magnesium Cirate worked good for relaxing. However I did switch Magnesium Glycinate powder.

I quited Berberine. My blood sugar is good.

Milk Thistle has some evidence behind it. I cant say how much it helped it.

*** I eat decent enough while still enjoying my food. don't get 8 hours sleep( expect on the weekends). 💤My sleep is consistent though. I also started a workout a few weeks ago that has been helping me lost fat in my arms and stomach area.****

📕After noticing improvement from a workout I started doing, I decided add a few more things to give me a boost.

📋Berbine(2 pills a day)

Started 10/23

📌First week was a wash because I was eating bunch of chocolate lol. Realized that the reason I was eating so much was because I had some stress on me. Dealt with the stress and craving so down.

📋10/28 to today- Around 30th I notice a difference is my waist. I noticed that I have to tighten my pants more. My shirts have become bigger and the love handles a shrinking down.

🥛Milk Thistle( 1 to 3 pills per day)

Started taking it on 10/30. I normally take it just to help my body deal with alochol.

🌝D3 with K2( 1-3 pills)

is something I take more during the fall and winter. Low vitamin d levels is associated with lower back pain as well. Vitamin D is also a hormone. If I am out in the sun a during the week a decent amount then it's 0-1.

⚫If I noticed my lower back is bothering when it shouldn't then I will take a couple extra pills. Also increased water intake and making sure I am engaging my core more. If It goes on longer than it needs to then the doctor. Lower back can also mean weak core and weak hips.

🔵Magnesium Cirate is one of the better version of magnesium. It's an essential mineral. I started taking it a couple years ago for mental reason. Later on learned about all the other benefits and how important it is to our body.

400 mg is most should you do daily unless your medical professional say otherwise.

⭐⭐ I learned its a good idea to add things one at a time. Learn about the supplements you are taking. Learn more about the way the body works. It takes combination of things to lose weight. Gaining an understanding is the most important imo.
