⛔️ I just added the Super B Complex supplement. I wasn't getting enough in my diet atm. Honestly, it has already helped with my general anxiety. I noticed lately that I don't ruminate as much. Results will vary, though. Thiamine is said to be able to help with general anxiety(

My supplement rules:

1) Always research. Learn the fundamentals of how nutrients work in the body. As you learn, you see why most supplements can be a waste.

2) Unless a doctor puts you on it or it's a nutrient you don't get from eating, then you may want to cycle it.

3) Always take with food n water. It seems small, but it can make a difference. May absorb n work better. Plus, supplements can easily make

4) Introduce supplements one at a time. Makes it easier to gauge, which is helping you.

5) Supplements are a small part of the equation. In combination with mental, physical n eating habits.

6) It helps to have more than one reason for taking the supplement.

7) Creatine soaks up water. Supplements need water. Protein requires water. You need a certain amount of water. So drinking more water is so important. Dehydration can make it feel like so many things are wrong with you. It can sneak upon you as well. So just be mindful of water intake.
