Would i do it again? Absolutely.

... Read moreWould I do it again? Absolutely. That single sentence might seem simple, but it carries the weight of a profound journey – a personal transformation I wouldn't trade for anything. Looking back, especially at a time when 'COVID HIT GYMS SHUT DOWN,' forcing us all to adapt, I realized that true growth often comes from unexpected places and challenging circumstances. For me, 'the process' wasn't about achieving a specific, superficial outcome. It wasn't just about getting back to the gym or looking a certain way. As the OCR reminds us, 'THE PROCESS DOESN'T PRODUCE THE PROMISE, IT IS PRODUCING THE VERSION OF YOU THAT THE PROCESS IS MEANT TO.' This really resonated with me. I learned that the 'promise' is sometimes just bait, leading us to something far deeper: becoming a better version of ourselves. When my usual routines were disrupted, I was forced to look inward. This 'process' became less about external achievements and more about internal work. It was about learning 'TO HEAL' from past hurts, 'TO FORGIVE' not just others but myself, and crucially, 'TO LET GO' of expectations and things I couldn't control. It was messy, uncomfortable, and often felt overwhelming. There were days I wanted to give up, questioning if the effort was truly worth it. But piece by piece, I started to see 'who I became in the process.' It wasn't the person I thought I should be, but a stronger, more resilient, and more self-aware individual. The intent of the process, I discovered, wasn't to make me look 'more like the promise,' but rather 'more like God' or 'more like Jesus' – a metaphor for embodying qualities like compassion, strength, and inner peace. It was about cultivating 'perfect posture' not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, standing tall in my own truth. The real reward wasn't the 'promise' I thought I was chasing; it was the transformation of my character. It was the ability to 'step into' a new, more confident self, even when the world felt uncertain. This journey taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance and self-love, proving that sometimes, the greatest gains are found when everything you know is stripped away. It's about adapting, finding inner strength, and allowing yourself to evolve. So, when I ask myself, 'Would I do it again?', my answer is an unequivocal 'Absolutely.' Because what I truly gained was not just an outcome, but the person I evolved into, ready to face whatever comes next with newfound clarity and purpose. If you're going through your own tough 'process' right now, remember that it's shaping you into something incredible, even if you can't see the full picture yet. Embrace the discomfort, trust the journey, and know that the 'WHO I BECAME IN THE PROCESS' is always more valuable than any initial 'promise'.

Baby products I wouldn’t buy again…
All of these I find unnecessary but some parents might find useful. •Pacifiers I didn’t use at all and I bought custom ones that just sat and collected dust. •I had a changing table and it just collected clothing on it or other baby items I couldn’t find room for. •The baby tub I used once or
