Buddha Teachings
The Buddha's main teaching is to teach him to understand the truth of life (suffering, Samuthai, anger, bugs) and to extinguish suffering by self-training through such principles as Aristraj 4, Canon 5, Magical 4, and letting go in order to live a peaceful, conscious, non-fictional life and develop himself to the highest goodness (Nirvana).
Important principles
Arista 4 (4 precious truths): suffering (discomfort), Samuthai (cause of suffering - lust), anger (sorrow), bugs (way of sorrow - bugs 8).
Precept 5 (Basic Practices): Refrain from killing animals, burglary, misconduct, lying, and taking intoxicants.
Mad 4 (Main of Success): I (Satisfaction), Viriya (Perseverance), Chitta (Care), Vimansa (Contemplation).
Karma: Action has consequences (good karma brings happiness, evil karma brings suffering).
Letting Go: Understand that all things are impertinent, unattached, unsuffering at loss.
Teaching Methods and Practice
Moderate: Not too tense (self-torture) and not too sloppy (erotic obsession).
Improve the Mind: Make the Mind Flutter, Clean, Pure.
Solve problems with wisdom: Use intelligence, fix problems, not emotion.
Create Good: Do Good, Ignore Evil (Gussp).
The Essence of Living the Teachings
Doing Good Even Unseen: Because Good Is Worth in Itself.
Don't Be Careless: Hurry up and accumulate goodness because life is uncertain.
Letting go of everything: Whether it's happiness, suffering, fame, or material, because everything is incorruptible.
