1️⃣ Resume / CV / Portfolio is different?
* Resume = 1-2 page Experience Summary
* CV = Full resume details
* Portfolio = Contributions that prove we can actually
2️⃣ Don't sow a no-look application.
Emphasis on "quality" rather than "quantity"
Send 10 places more direct than send 100 places without reading JD.
3️⃣ Read JD carefully. - What kind of people is the company looking for?
If you have a few years of experience, but you work nearby and have direct skills, try to apply.
👀 "Don't cut your chances first. Let the company decide."
4️⃣ Enter the Keywords that HR is looking for.
Many companies use ATS. Cull Resume uses words from JD.
And important information must be complete
* Contact number
* Experience
* Education
* Ready to start work when?
* Expected salary (if requested by the company)
5️⃣ Resume design easy to read
Resume is not a graphic work.
The simple core is
* Clean
* Tidy
* Read from top to bottom
* Left to right
* Sequence data by importance
6️⃣ Read another round - let's assume you're HR.
Open the resume and ask yourself,
"What has this person done?"
"Why is he fit for this position?"
❗️ if you can't answer, that means you still have to fix it.
7️⃣ Answer Requirements.
JD, ask for what?
Resume should answer that as much as possible.
8️⃣ Remember this sentence.
Resume is not responsible for telling us everything we've ever done.
But it's a duty to make the reader know immediately...
