Crockpot French Onion Chicken & Gravy
Ingredients:
11/2 Cups of water
1 packet of brown gravy
1 lb of chicken (I prefer thighs)
1 tbs of butter per thigh
season to taste with garlic and herb seasoning
Directions:
Mix water, brown gravy packet, and French onion packet. Lay your chicken in the mixture, sprinkles the tops woth garlic and herb seasoning. (I used Meat Church Garlic and Herb) Top each thigh with a tbs of butter. Cook on low 6-8 hours. When the cooking time is up shred your chicken and return to the gravy. We serve ours over rice or mashed potatoes with crispy onions on top!
