To effectively grow your glutes, eating in a caloric surplus—typically 300-500 calories above maintenance—is crucial as it provides the necessary energy for muscle growth. Focus on a balanced diet rich in protein, as well as healthy carbohydrates and fats derived from whole food sources like avocados, potatoes, and olive oil. Alongside nutrition, incorporating strength training exercises specifically targeting the glute muscles is essential. Key movements to include in your regimen are hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts (RDLs), lunges, and sumo deadlifts. These exercises not only engage the glutes but also promote overall lower body strength. Make sure to progressively lift heavier weights to continue challenging your muscles. Additionally, consistency and recovery play vital roles in muscle growth. Ensure you're allowing adequate rest between workouts and getting enough sleep, as this is when muscle repair and growth truly happen. Consider tracking your workouts and nutrition to maintain accountability and adjust as needed for better results. With dedication and the right strategy, you too can achieve remarkable glute transformation!

In 2 months it's body fat. It takes years to grow unless on steroids.
