1. over-restricting diet...

this is probably the worst thing you can do nutritionally for yourself - it can lead to ED's, binge-ing, etc. Its not sustainable and can only be a quick fix to goals and won't reach goals in the long run

2. “lifting makes you bulky”

if I had a dollar everytime I heard a girl say this I would be a millionaire....lifting does not make you bulky, it is NOT that easy to put on loads of muscle mass...there are MANY other benefits to lifting that has nothing to do with appearance as well...
