Fitness phases

Truthfully, I came closest to my dream body in 2024. It’s hard seeing yourself lose progress but it’s also very motivating to know what you’re capable of. I’ve been going through health issues this past year and as much as I want to beat myself up for not looking and feeling my best, I’m still proud of how far I’ve come because, believe it or not, the first and last pictures are the same weight. My biggest advice… stop looking at the scale and take progress pictures!
