HERE’S WHY YOU ARE NOT SEEING RESULTS⤵️

“I’m barely eating, working out every day… why am I NOT seeing results?!” That was the first thing my client said to me. She had been cutting calories, avoiding carbs, and pushing harder in the gym—but instead of getting leaner, she felt exhausted, bloated, and stuck. She believed what so many women do:

❌ Eat less to lose fat

❌ Do more workouts to “burn more”

❌ Cut carbs to stay lean But the truth? She was eating too little, and it was holding her back. 👉 Her body wasn’t getting enough fuel, so her metabolism slowed down.

👉 She felt constantly hungry, yet wasn’t losing fat.

👉 Her workouts suffered because she didn’t have the energy to build muscle. So we flipped the script. Instead of restricting more, we focused on fueling her body the RIGHT way:

🔥 We increased her calories STRATEGICALLY (yes, she started eating MORE!)

🔥 Added protein & carbs around her workouts to fuel and for muscle synthesis

🔥 Cut excessive cardio and prioritized strength training with the right intensity & structure

Pay attention to your body's signals—if you're feeling drained or experiencing changes in your menstrual cycle, it may be time to reassess your nutrition strategy. With a proper balance, you can regain energy, promote healthy hormonal function, and achieve the results you desire. Remember, it's not about eating less; it's about eating right for you.
