becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach 🥬

When I first started lifting, I tracked macros like it was my full-time job… but I didn’t actually understand what my body needed — or why.

I knew how to follow a plan.

I knew how to “eat clean.”

But I didn’t know how to coach myself through a plateau… or how to fuel for a growth phase… or what to do when my digestion tanked halfway through prep.

So I got certified.

Not just for me, but for the women I coach — because I never wanted to give anyone a cookie-cutter plan and cross my fingers that it worked.

✨ Becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach changed everything:

→ I stopped guessing with my own prep.

→ I learned how to adjust based on biofeedback, not just numbers.

→ And I became the coach I wished I had years ago.

Now? My clients don’t just lose weight — they understand their bodies.

They stop obsessing over carbs.

They hit PRs, feel strong, and actually enjoy the process.

Coaching isn’t just about macros.

It’s about strategy, education, and giving women the tools to take control — long after I’m gone.

And this certification?

It was the starting line for that.
