Have you eaten fresh dates, milk has actually increased... or just by chance? 🤔
"Fresh dates boost milk, right?."
If asked this way...
The answer is "I don't know." 😂
But one thing happened that made me try to tell you, in order to benefit other mothers.
About a week ago, it started eating fresh dates almost every day.
I didn't eat because I saw a review that improved milk.
It was delicious at that time, so I bought it and tried it.
But soon after...
Each round of milk pump time. This way, notice that the milk content has increased from the normal about 120 milliliters per cycle.
At first I thought, "It's a coincidence."
But after many days, I began to wonder,
"Or will live dates really play a part?"
As a person who likes to find information, try to read the research and advice of experts
The conclusion is...
Now, there is no clear corroborating medical evidence that dates directly enhance breast milk.
And there are no guidelines from pediatricians or breastfeeding experts that recommend the use of dates as milk supplements.
So what happened to this way
Maybe it's just a coincidence...
Or it could be a human body response.
Because each mother's body is not really the same.
Some people eat and may not feel anything.
Some people may feel that the amount of milk has changed.
Now science can't answer whether it's caused directly by dates.
Another thing that I want to talk about is...
Many people think it's fruit. How much to eat would be fine.
In fact, date palms are relatively high in natural sugars, even with fiber, vitamins, and many minerals, they should still be eaten in moderation, especially mothers who need to control their blood glucose.
For this way...
Still doing everything
Also pump milk regularly
Still trying to drink a lot of water.
Still trying to eat all the food
Because these things have evidence to support milk formation.
The dates are fresh...
This way will still eat. 😊
It's not because it's believed it's "milk-added food."
But because it feels that its body responds well and likes its taste.
Finally...
This post does not invite everyone to hurry to buy dates.
Just wanted to save that.
This is what happens to our bodies.
And I want to share it as another experience, because sometimes breastfeeding doesn't have a single answer that really works for all mothers. 🤍
Have any mother ever had a meal that has been eaten? "Feel that" the milk has changed too? Let's exchange experiences, but please remember that each person's experience may not be the same. 💕
