Physio w Indiba Post Womb removal surgery
Recovery is not a linear thing.
8 weeks post womb removal, I find myself having pain that could only be sorted out w physio rehab as my gynae said - go back to your normal life, gym and all, muscle laxity likely...
however the TCM side and many females on my side w real C section experience told me NO No NO don't play play...
i Googled indiba + physio and found Hello Physio, specifically w post partum care.
price starts at 272 for initial consultation and treatment then the usual 30 or 45mins which will cost up to 327 per session. Glad that I don't have fork out a cent for these payments since employee bens covers it all.
best thing i found out is that it heals nerves issues for my neck as well.
For anyone who has injuries that are not doing well, do Indiba - they r a spanish tech that is used at Olympics level, FDA approved! (my boss was like why are ur treatments so atas one ah? i told him the tech makes the diff!)
i did Indiba on my own at Fabulous Aesthetics spa that suddenly shut its doors end March this year, 9 yrs ago after my fibroids removal surgery.
Refresh works at Dhoby Ghaut does this too - managed by my long term Yong Kang TCM group whom I've been w for more than a decade. But they r only doing at aesthetics level..
*Note that indiba at Physio is w a higher powered machine hence effectiveness is better if u have injuries! Choose HelloPhysio as I really couldn't find anyone better w the right people right tools..
my snr therapist is Sara Choong and she has been v helpful in getting me less afraid to restart again on exercises to aid recovery..

She took care of the nerves pinching at my neck as well so numbness in fingers r being managed better...

Wow does this help for post fibroid surgery too? I'm scheduled for a keyhole surgery early nxt yr. Kinda worried abt post surgery recovering. Appreciate ur advice 🥰
