10 sessions for $1000 ✨✅

I would say it’s one of the most value for $$$ package in today’s market ! (Auntie also has 40+ years experience)

Why I love my freelance masseuse even though it’s only been 2 days:

🫶🏻 I slept so much better at night after the massage on the first night. Usually I’ll wait till the midnight feed before sleep but I K.O-ed with my baby at 10.30pm 😅 till the next feed.

🫶🏻 I had swollen lumps in my armpits and despite massaging myself before pumping, it didn’t really go away. With one session, she cleared all the milk ducts on my boobs and my lumps in my armpits were gone???? The flow of milk also became faster and there was a minor increase in yield.

🫶🏻 Previously at my gynae check I was told I still have blood clots in my womb. I wasn’t bleeding it out since I left the hospital. There were drops of blood here and there but it didn’t really cleared. Today (Day 2), 3 hours after she left, I went to the toilet and was shocked to see my entire pad filled with 🩸, which was even more than when I took cytotec 😅

🫶🏻 You can really see your tummy getting smaller, of course not a big difference since it has only been 2 days, but I’ll take pictures after removing the binder every day for comparison.

... Read moreAfter trying a 10-session postnatal massage package, I can personally attest to its remarkable benefits in postpartum recovery. One of the most noticeable improvements for me was the quality of sleep. Before the massages, I often struggled to fall asleep until after my baby's midnight feeding, but after just the first session, I fell asleep early and felt truly rested through the night. Another significant benefit was the relief from swollen lumps in the armpits and blocked milk ducts. Despite trying self-massage during pumping, those lumps persisted until the professional massage helped clear them out efficiently. This not only relieved discomfort but also improved milk flow, resulting in a minor increase in milk yield. What surprised me most was the impact on postpartum bleeding. After being told that blood clots remained in my womb during my gynae check, I hadn't seen much change. However, after my second massage session, I experienced a surprising increase in bleeding, which actually indicated that the massage helped expel remaining clots and promote healing. Wearing a binder provided by the masseuse for at least six hours a day also contributed to a gradual reduction in tummy size. While the difference was subtle after just two days, daily photo tracking showed consistent progress in regaining my pre-pregnancy figure. The masseuse came well-prepared, bringing a mattress protector and requiring me to prepare towels, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience at home. The comfort and relaxation I felt during the breast massage—even with some milk overflow—helped ease tension and promote milk let-down. For anyone navigating the postnatal journey, investing in a professional postnatal massage package can be a valuable support for both physical recovery and emotional well-being. It’s an affordable and effective way to address common postpartum issues while enjoying a peaceful, restorative experience right in your home.
