Through my experience, creating a personalized hair growth oil has been a game-changer. By blending natural oils like castor, rosemary, and coconut oils, I found a nourishing formula that not only stimulates hair follicles but also deeply conditions my scalp. In addition to the oil, I experimented with crafting a hair growth butter using shea butter combined with essential oils rich in antioxidants and vitamins. This butter provides a protective barrier, locking in moisture and aiding in the reduction of breakage and split ends. Consistent application helped me maintain better scalp health, which is crucial for sustaining hair growth over time. Shampoo bars have become my go-to cleansing method because they are gentle, free from harsh chemicals, and environmentally friendly. I opted for bars enriched with natural surfactants and botanical extracts that cleanse without stripping away essential oils.
