🍵 MATCHA SIGNATURE (220)
It's a ceremonial grade of matcha. It's very smooth.
The bottom is Panacotta Matcha. The top is topped with cheese cream. This glass matcha is very fragrant. It is light. Can suck continuously. Not bitter, not astringent, not green at all. I like cheese cream on top too. The cheese is very noisy. The texture is tight. The smell of matcha, but also salty. Eat at the same time on every layer. Good.
☕ COFFEE TEA SIGNATURE (140)
It is a combination of good roasted coffee. You can choose up to 3 levels of concentration with full leaf Assam tea. The bottom is a small pearl topped with coffee cream cheese.
