หลายคนถามผมบ่อยว่า “TPS คืออะไร” และ “TPS sensor ทำหน้าที่อะไร” โดยเฉพาะเวลารถมีอาการเร่งไม่ขึ้น รอบไม่นิ่ง หรือไฟเครื่องยนต์โชว์ ผมขอสรุปแบบใช้งานจริงให้เข้าใจง่าย ๆ พร้อมแนวทางไล่วงจรสัญญาณคันเร่งไฟฟ้าที่ช่างใช้กันบ่อยครับ TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) คือเซ็นเซอร์ตำแหน่งลิ้นปีกผีเสื้อ ทำหน้าที่ส่ง “มุมเปิดคันเร่ง” ไปให้ ECU เพื่อให้ ECU ปรับปริมาณน้ำมัน/อากาศ และตั้งจังหวะจุดระเบิดให้เหมาะสม พูดง่าย ๆ คือ ECU จะรู้ว่าคุณเหยียบคันเร่งมากน้อยแค่ไหนจากสัญญาณของ TPS ถ้าสัญญาณเพี้ยน รถก็จะเหมือน “อ่านใจคนขับผิด” จนเกิดอาการสะดุดหรือกำลังหาย สิ่งที่หลายคนอยากรู้คือ “วงจรสัญญาณคันเร่งไฟฟ้า” โดยทั่วไป TPS จะมี 3 สายหลัก (ในรถหลายรุ่น): 1) สายไฟอ้างอิง 5V (จาก ECU) 2) สายกราวด์ (Ground) 3) สายสัญญาณ (Signal) ส่งค่ากลับไป ECU เวลาเปิดสวิตช์ ON แล้ววัดด้วยมัลติมิเตอร์ สายอ้างอิงควรใกล้ 5V และที่สายสัญญาณจะเปลี่ยนแรงดันตามการเปิดลิ้นปีกผีเสื้อ โดยมากช่วงจะไล่จากประมาณ 0.4-0.7V ตอนเดินเบา ไปจนราว 4.0-4.5V ตอนเร่งสุด (ตัวเลขจริงขึ้นกับรุ่นรถ) ถ้าค่ากระโดด ๆ ไม่ไล่เรียบ หรือค้างที่ค่าเดิม มีโอกาสสูงว่า TPS สึก/หน้าสัมผัสมีปัญหา หรือมีปัญหาที่สาย/ขั้วต่อ จากรูปประกอบที่หลายคนเคยเห็น จะมีทั้งภาพตำแหน่ง TPS ติดกับลิ้นปีกผีเสื้อ และแผนภาพหน้าสัมผัสสถานะเดินเบากับเร่งเต็ม บางรุ่นจะมีสวิตช์เดินเบา (idle contact) เพิ่ม ทำให้การตรวจเช็กต้องดูตามไดอะแกรมของรุ่นนั้น ๆ ด้วย อีกจุดที่ทำให้ “เปลี่ยน TPS แล้วยังไม่หาย” คือขั้วต่อ โดยเฉพาะคนที่ค้นหาเรื่อง “ขั้วต่อ RITS / ขั้วต่อระบบเชื่อมต่อ RITS” ผมเจอบ่อยว่าอาการเกิดจากขั้วต่อหลวม คราบเขียว (ออกไซด์) หรือสายขาดใน ถ้าจะไล่แบบคุ้ม ๆ: - ถอดปลั๊ก TPS แล้วดูเข็มขั้วต่อว่าบาน/หลวมไหม - เช็กคราบสนิม/คราบเขียว แล้วใช้สเปรย์ทำความสะอาดหน้าคอนแทค - ขยับสายบริเวณคอปลั๊กเบา ๆ แล้วดูค่าที่สแกนเนอร์/มัลติมิเตอร์ว่ากระพริบหรือแกว่งไหม ส่วนคำถาม “ขั้วต่อ RITS ราคาเท่าไหร่” ต้องบอกตรง ๆ ว่าแล้วแต่รุ่นปลั๊ก จำนวนพิน และเป็นของแท้/เทียบ แต่ก่อนซื้อผมแนะนำให้ถ่ายรูปปลั๊กเดิม (ด้านหน้า-ด้านหลัง) นับจำนวนพิน และวัดระยะล็อก เพื่อให้ร้านเทียบได้ตรง ลดโอกาสซื้อผิด สุดท้าย ถ้ามีสแกนเนอร์ OBD ลองดูค่า TPS (%) ตอนเดินเบา/เร่งสุดว่าขึ้นต่อเนื่องไหม และมีโค้ดเกี่ยวกับ TPS หรือวงจรสัญญาณคันเร่งหรือเปล่า วิธีนี้ช่วยแยกได้ว่าเป็นที่เซ็นเซอร์จริง ๆ หรือเป็นที่สายไฟ/ขั้วต่อ/ลิ้นปีกผีเสื้อสกปรกครับ
