“white chocolate macadamia nut cookies

1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter

3/4 cup (150g) sugar

1 egg

1 tsp (4g) vanilla

1 1/4 cup (155g) flour

1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder

1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda

1 tsp (3g) cornstarch

1/4 tsp (1g) salt

1 cup (140g) macadamia nuts

1 cup (170g) white chocolate

cream together the butter and sugar well. then add in egg and vanilla. mix this well. in another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. add the dry to the wet ingredients and then fold gently to combine. when its almost fully mixed, add in the nuts and white chocolate. scoop onto baking tray and bake at 350 for 10-12 min (depending on the size)”
