เคยไปทานข้าวต้มรอบดึกที่แสงชัยโภชนาแล้วประทับใจมาก เพราะร้านนี้ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องราคาเข้าถึงง่าย แต่วัตถุดิบสดใหม่และรสชาติยังถูกปากคนที่ชอบอาหารไทยรสชาติจัดจ้านอย่างแท้จริง เมนูหมูสับเกียมบ๊วยถือเป็นไฮไลต์ที่ผมชอบสุด เพราะเปรี้ยวเค็มกำลังดีและกลมกล่อมมาก เวลาซดน้ำร้อนๆ แล้วรู้สึกคล่องคอจริง ๆ นอกจากนี้หมึกผัดไข่เค็มก็อร่อยมาก เห็นไข่เค็มเคลือบทั่วชิ้นหมึกจนรู้สึกถึงความเข้มข้นและความนัวของเมนูนี้ ส่วนสามชั้นคั่วพริกเกลือก็ให้ความกรุบกรอบพร้อมรสเผ็ดเค็มที่ทำให้กินกับข้าวต้มแล้วหยุดไม่ได้เลยจริงๆ ในการเดินทาง ผมแนะนำให้ใช้รถไฟฟ้าลงสถานีทองหล่อมา เดินเพียง 5 นาทีตามทางออกที่ 2 ก็ถึงร้านได้ง่าย และที่จอดรถบริเวณนั้นจะมีให้เลือกจอดริมถนนตามช่วงเวลา หรือหาตึกใกล้เคียงก็สะดวกดี นอกจากนี้ร้านยังเหมาะกับการมากินช่วงเย็นหรือดึกๆ เมื่ออยากหาของกินรสเข้มและอิ่มอร่อยในราคาที่ไม่แพง ด้วยความที่ร้านนี้เปิดมานานและขึ้นชื่อเรื่องข้าวต้มรอบดึก ผมว่าถ้าคุณชอบร้านบรรยากาศเรียบง่าย รสชาติโบราณแท้ ๆ ที่ยังคงความอร่อยต้นตำรับ แสงชัยโภชนาคือหนึ่งในร้านที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยครับ
