Vulnerability
🤍 My Story didn't end when my world fell apart around me
I became who I needed, to protect me at that time.
🤍I'm proof we can break those patterns & be free of the chains
when you come out the other side of that storm you'll be surprised at the person who stands before you & the light you step into allows you to breathe effortlessly as you walk the path of your life purpose.
Even at my weakest point I did not & do not walk alone. it is the most isolating path I've walked in my life to rebuild and completely relearn what life, family and what is my purpose but I trust my God.

Loss can be an isolating experience, especially during adolescence. Teenagers often face the overwhelming challenge of navigating grief after losing friends or family members. Understanding the psychological impacts of such loss is crucial. Grief can manifest in various emotional responses, such as sadness, anger, and confusion. Teenagers may also experience feelings of abandonment or helplessness as they adjust to life without their loved ones. Support systems, including friends, family, and communities, play a vital role in helping adolescents cope. Engaging in open conversations about grief can foster a supportive environment. Therapeutic practices, such as counseling or support groups, can also help young individuals express their feelings and create a healing journey. Many may find comfort in spiritual practices, turning to faith to find hope and purpose amid their suffering. Rebuilding life after loss may involve establishing new routines, embracing change, and discovering personal passions. It’s important for teens to honor their grief while also allowing themselves to seek joy and fulfillment, demonstrating that life can resume and flourish in new forms. By sharing their stories and feelings, young people can inspire others and cultivate a sense of community, reminding everyone that they are not alone on this journey through grief and healing.
