I checked all 23 pairs, including rare diseases in children, for our comfort.

If NIPT has passed, why check the MFM?!

🌱🩺 MFM = The whole body was examined by an MFM doctor only. The mother of the antenatal doctor was a specialized doctor who examined the MFM, so no need to check with another doctor. It took almost an hour because the doctor looked very detailed and asked all the mother and father questions until the parents were comfortable.

When you check the MFM, what do you watch?

✅ brain structure.

✅ face, cleft lip, palate.

✅ 4-chamber heart + blood flow

✅ spine.

✅ stomach, intestines.

✅ kidneys, bladder.

✅ arms, legs, fingers, toes.

✅ placenta position, amniotic fluid, umbilical cord.

Most check the gestational age range. 🌷

18-22 weeks

(The ideal range is about 20 weeks)

Because the structure of the organs, the functions have developed clearly. If anything, it is fast enough to plan a cure.
