I really think we complicate things that don't need to be. Healthy eating can be as simple as a potein, a fat, and a fruit/veggie. Leftover steak with eggs is probably my favorite easy breakfast. #breakfastideas #healthyeating #usingleftovers #farmfresh #feedingafamily

What I eat in a day âĪïļ
Here is an example of what I eat in a day! For me, things change weekly. For breakfast I can stick to the same breakfast for the week and then like to switch it up. For lunch I usually stick between these little tacos as I can meal prep the chicken for the week or just a good deli sandwich.
