• Fresh strawberries: 500 grams (small slices)
• Sweeteners (e.g., handsome hunk, or Erythritol): 2-3 tablespoons (adjust as you like)
• Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon (keeps the color pretty and cuts sweet)
• Salt meal: Spoon tip (pull sweet taste to mellow)
• Jia Seeds: 1 tablespoon (add or not fit to help satiate fiber for longer)

• Small pot
• Spatula or spoon
• Knife and chopping board
• Glass jars for jam storage
🍳 steps to do:
1.Bring a clean washed strawberry and cut it into small pieces (or grind coarsely as you like)
2.Put the strawberries in the pot. Set the center light. Gradually stir until the strawberries start to dehydrate and soften.
3. Add sweetener and salt to it. Stir well.
4. Continue simmering with a weak fire until the jam begins to thicken sticky (if adding Jia seeds, put this step and stir together)
5. Squeeze a little lemon juice to make the jam taste fresh and pretty red, and turn off the light. Set it to cool before storing the jar.
