Phu Soi Dao Review 2 days and 1 night Not the first forest but barely survived

This is not the first forest for us, but it can be said that we are very tired, probably because we do not exercise as much as we should. It is recommended for people to go to exercise. Prepare your body, wait for it, because the way is very steep. Prepare better.

🚐 for the trip, this trip we took with the tour was a van meeting at BTS Doctor, but we were in Ayutthaya as a passageway, so let him pick up and drop us off in Ayutthaya.

📍 we got to the park around 5: 00 am, prepared to brush our teeth, wash our face, change clothes, and eat breakfast before walking up. There are two shops that we eat on the way up. I'm not sure which one is the most delicious, but the staff advised us to eat the right-hand shop, and there are a lot of people on the right, so I didn't try the left-hand shop at all. 😅

🏃‍♀️ we started traveling at 08.10. There are a lot of companions. You can start walking, you can find the stairs. To get to the hill, there are only many stairs. Importantly, the first step is high, you have to step higher than you can go up. It is recommended that if you have both stairs and this path, you don't always have to walk up the stairs. The rest of the hill can walk steeply for the most part. The plain is very small. The peak for us is probably Death Hill. It takes us about an hour to walk up Death Hill and walk up at about 11 o'clock. The trees are hot. There is no sun shade. Stay on this head and we'll be in the middle of the tent by 12: 30 p.m., four hours and 20 minutes.

⛺️ to the center of the tent upstairs, there will be a welfare shop, selling omelette rice, a popular menu of everywhere, and there is a compressed water mask. Now there is also ice to buy. Importantly, here we have to add water to the tank to get into the bathroom itself. You can rent a bucket and a water bowl at the welfare store as well. Don't forget to go to the bathroom every time, carry a bucket and a water bowl.

😥 when I'm tired, I think it's tighter when I'm down. It's like being careful. Only when I'm down the stairs. I'm afraid of stepping down a lot. Be careful.

For us, the view at the tent yard, we do not find fog at all. Very sorry, but it is considered worth walking up. Fortunately, when we go there is no rain, otherwise it is definitely bad. Really want to try to go to the top as well. If we go, we will tell you. ☺️

1. Exercise to prepare the body is very necessary to conquer Phu Sai Dao because the way is relatively steep.

2. Lunch is recommended to eat before going up the death hill to have the strength to walk, because if not eating, it can faint.

3. Carry mineral salt to eat while walking. It helps to feel fresh.

4. Because we walk and sweat, make it interesting to insects, should carry insect spray.

5. There is no water filling point on the way. You should carry enough water.

6. If you can't feel it, you should stop sitting and not stop walking. If you are a beginner, you are advised to find a way to go or try to walk with someone else.

7. The ascent of the park is quite curved. Recommended with a tour should be more convenient than driving by yourself. To walk back tired until you can't drive too.
