💚 BMA went ahead to develop "Traffy Fondue," elevating public services to an effective troubleshooting system.
Mr. Chachchan, the governor of Bangkok, chaired a meeting to evaluate the use of public complaints through the Traffy Fondue platform. In this regard, Mr. Bhikuk Simarojn, the secretary of the governor of Bangkok, Ekwarapur Amrapal, Ms. Sanni Jewida, Mr. Callahan Aranyont, Mr. Khun Phatra Pryvall, the assistant secretary of the governor of Bangkok, and Dr. Vasant Phatra, the assistant director of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (Setch), also attended the exchange of views.
For the conference was a conference to develop the "Traffy Fondue" 📱 platform, an important tool to connect public issues with relevant agencies, with representatives from all bureaux and districts exchanging ideas, obstacles and common development approaches, and setting concrete solutions and standardizing work that is fast, transparent and public needs.
The main issues that were concluded at the meeting were:
🔹 elevate the AI system to allow for a more detailed and accurate classification of the types of problems - pavement, public electricity, drainage, or local safety issues - allowing officials to prioritize and quickly refer the matter to the responsible authorities.
🔹 Improve the real-time communication process, to keep the public informed of every step of complaint progress, reduce confusion and increase transparency in work.
🔹 Use geospatial data to analyze in-depth problem points to make proactive corrective plans and take measures to prevent problems from recurring in the original area.
🔹 set operational standards for officers at all levels to keep their work in the same direction, reducing problems of delayed or on-the-spot correction.
Mr. Shachat emphasized, "We received over 1,000,000 complaints today, not that we are weak, but that we show the public's trust in Bangkok." Traffy Fondue has been very well received by the public, with over 1 million issues being addressed and over 80% successfully solved, reflecting strong cooperation between the public and the public.
Bangkok has confirmed that it is moving forward to develop Traffy Fondue into more than a complaints platform, but an important tool for managing cities with accurate information, transparent follow-up systems and truly responsive to public demand.
Traffy Fondue คือแพลตฟอร์มสำคัญของกรุงเทพมหานครที่ใช้สำหรับรับเรื่องร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ของประชาชนในพื้นที่เมืองหลวง โดยปัจจุบันแพลตฟอร์มนี้ได้รับการพัฒนาต่อเนื่องเพื่อยกระดับความสามารถของระบบและการให้บริการประชาชนอย่างครบวงจร หนึ่งในหัวใจสำคัญของการพัฒนา Traffy Fondue คือการเสริมศักยภาพด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ที่ช่วยจำแนกประเภทปัญหาต่าง ๆ อย่างแม่นยำและละเอียดมากขึ้น เช่น ปัญหาทางเท้า ไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ การระบายน้ำ และความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นที่พบได้บ่อยในเมือง ทำให้เจ้าหน้าที่สามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญและส่งต่อเรื่องไปยังหน่วยงานรับผิดชอบได้รวดเร็วและเหมาะสมมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การปรับปรุงระบบสื่อสารแบบเรียลไทม์ จะช่วยให้ประชาชนได้รับข้อมูลความคืบหน้าของเรื่องร้องเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ลดปัญหาความสับสนและสร้างความโปร่งใสในกระบวนการทำงานของภาครัฐ ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและกระชับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาชนกับเจ้าหน้าที่ การใช้ข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ในการวิเคราะห์จุดปัญหาเชิงลึกถือเป็นกลยุทธ์สำคัญในการบริหารจัดการเมืองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ช่วยให้สามารถวางแผนการแก้ไขเชิงรุกและกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันปัญหาเกิดซ้ำในพื้นที่เดิมได้อย่างมีระบบ อีกทั้ง การกำหนดมาตรฐานปฏิบัติงานสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ในทุกระดับทำให้การจัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนมีทิศทางชัดเจนและลดปัญหาความล่าช้าหรือการแก้ไขที่ไม่ตรงจุด ด้วยมาตรการเหล่านี้ Traffy Fondue จึงไม่ใช่แค่แพลตฟอร์มรับเรื่องร้องเรียนเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นเครื่องมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารและพัฒนาเมืองกรุงเทพมหานครให้เป็น Smart City ที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง ความสำเร็จของ Traffy Fondue ที่ผ่านมา ด้วยจำนวนเรื่องร้องเรียนมากกว่า 1 ล้านเรื่องและการแก้ไขปัญหาได้กว่า 80% สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและประชาชนที่เข้มแข็งและความไว้วางใจในระบบบริการ ถือเป็นต้นแบบที่ดีในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศบริหารจัดการเมืองในปัจจุบันและอนาคต ด้วยการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องนี้ กทม. มุ่งหวังให้ Traffy Fondue กลายเป็นแพลตฟอร์มหลักในระบบบริหารจัดการเมืองที่มีข้อมูลแม่นยำ โปร่งใส และประสิทธิภาพสูง ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนและพัฒนากรุงเทพมหานครสู่การเป็นเมืองอัจฉริยะที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป
