The Treasury warned of "half each" for cash as a criminal case for defrauding the state.
Mr. Vinij, the director of the Treasury Office (S.C.) and a spokesman for the Ministry of Finance, warned that half the right to exchange cash is guilty of state fraud, which is a criminal offence, cannot be settled by both the buyer and the seller.
In order to crack down on and prevent cases of corruption in the "Half Person Plus" program, the Ministry of Finance has been cooperating closely with the Central Investigation Police Command (CIB) and the National Police Agency in opening up the Shop State Rights Scam Movement Extraction Operation to prevent and crack down on corruption in the program.
A Treasury spokesman said that the first three offenders had been arrested, who had posted to sell rights through online media. Although no real money has been exchanged, they are considered guilty under the Computer Offences Act.
However, police officers are still in the process of gathering additional evidence, initially finding that the perpetrators are both registered for the program and have not yet registered for the program, but there is a "wallet" app that cannot be concluded to be related to the horse account.
For surveillance and monitoring of abnormal behavior, the Treasury, in conjunction with the Central Investigation Command and the National Police Agency, uses Data Analytics tools to monitor the financial path of stores with abnormal transactions; if a fault is found, an officer is immediately sent in for inspection.
The Treasury confirms that it will take straightforward and final steps to protect the shops that actually operate and maintain the transparency of the Half Plus program, one of the government's key measures to boost the foundation economy.
