■ Ogushi Bolognese
I wanted to eat this 🤤 "Break the hamburger and mix it with pasta." He said. If you eat pasta and hamburger one bite at a time before mixing, it is very delicious as it is! Pasta has flat noodles and a nice texture. Hamburger is fluffy, soft and juicy, which is easy to break and mix. The mixed bolognese was the best 👏👏
■ Taplino
Limited time menu using small skewer tomatoes. It happened to be the last day so I ordered it. When I was served a plate with hamburger steak on rice, it was a production that sprinkled plenty of tomatoes, basil sauce and spices in front of me.
Tomatoes are stewed or soft and sweet, and when carried to the mouth with hamburger and rice, it is delicious full of happiness 🤤
It was also very delicious to eat with tapplino tomatoes on bolognese!

川棚町で「ランチどこにしよう？」と迷ったときに、景色もごはんも両方ほしい派の私が行ってよかったのが、港の海岸沿いにあるBUCO caféでした。海が近くて、席によっては窓からしっかり海が見えるので、ちょっとした旅行気分になれます。 初めて行くときに知っておくと安心なのが注文方法。席でメニューを決めたらレジで注文＆先払いのスタイルでした。食後にバタバタしないし、カフェ利用でも使いやすいなと思いました。 ランチで特に印象に残ったのは「小串ボロネーゼ」。スキレットで提供されて、パスタの横にふわふわのハンバーグ、さらにズッキーニやカボチャ、レンコンなど野菜も一緒に盛られていて見た目からテンションが上がります。お店のおすすめ通り“ハンバーグを崩して麺と混ぜる”と、ひき肉っぽく全体に絡んで一体感がすごいです。平たい麺がもちもちで、最後までソースと一緒に食べやすかったのも推しポイント。 もう一品の「タップリーノ」は、ご飯＋ハンバーグに、目の前で角切りトマトとバジルソース、香辛料をたっぷりかけてくれる演出つき。これが個人的に“大人様ランチ”っぽくて、ワクワク感がありました。トマトは甘みが出ていて、酸っぱすぎないのが嬉しいところ。ハンバーグとご飯に合わせると、さっぱりなのに満足感がしっかりあって、暑い日でも食べやすいと思います。 私のおすすめは、タップリーノのトマトを少し「小串ボロネーゼ」にのせて味変する食べ方。同じハンバーグ系でも、トマトのフレッシュ感が足されて二度おいしいです。 川棚町でランチを探している人、景色も重視したい人、ちょっと“ご褒美感”のある大人様ランチ気分を味わいたい人に、BUCO caféはかなり刺さるはず。次はデザートやドリンクもセットで、ゆっくり海を眺めながら過ごしたいです。
