WHOOP 5.0 review, peak version, after wearing it for almost a month!
Review of WHOOP 5.0, the Peak version has been 💖⌚️ used for almost 1 month. Say that I like it very much!
At first I thought it was just a normal health line, but the real use was to get to know my body a lot. 🥹

🩷 Look at the quality of sleep very thoroughly. Sleep well? How recovered?
🩷 There's Recovery, tell me, is the body ready today?
🩷 stress monitor, know the day the body is stressed or starts to get sick.
🩷 there's an AI daily summary of what time to rest / what time to sleep today.
🩷 Wake with a shake in the wrist. Very light. No panic, wake up.
🩷 have monthly tracking + journal records of daily behavior.
🩷 to compete with friends about health. It's fun. 😂
The wow thing is, when we're sick, WHOOP catches from different recovery / heart rates before we know it again. 👀
Personally, I like the design very much. I can wear it everyday. Feel it more than a watch. Pink is the cutest. 🌸
