Part 2 of my crashout

During the luteal phase, many of us experience unexpected skin issues, and I’ve found that the dry patch near my mouth becomes particularly bothersome. I’ve tried different moisturizing routines and gentle skincare products to handle this. For example, using a thicker, hydrating balm before bed really helps keep the skin nourished overnight. Additionally, I avoid harsh exfoliants during this phase since they tend to worsen the dryness. Keeping a simple routine with gentle cleansing and hydration has made a noticeable difference. Drinking plenty of water and using a humidifier in dry environments also supports skin health. If you’re dealing with similar issues, know that it’s a common part of the luteal phase and can be managed with patience and proper care.
