TOEFL ITP Exam Review Working Men's Edition 📝

🔍 TOEFL ITP? Why choose this exam?
Must first confirm that we are going to prepare. Master in Thailand makes us choose the English language test. Most of them want CU-TEP, TU-GET, IELTS, or TOEFL. But we choose TOEFL ITP because it is relatively global, very affordable and can apply for the job. TOEFL has two types of ITP and IBT. The difference is that ITP only takes the Listening Part, Structure & Written Expressions, and Reading, and it is cheaper. IBT takes the Speaking, Writing (Essay), Reading, Listening and Higher Prices. The score is different than 💸
Where 📍 the exam? What's the atmosphere like?
We take the Westminster, Central Pinklao, the application fee is about 1,890 baht, paper-based, and the atmosphere is a small exam room, about 15-20 people. Listen to the sound, you can hear clearly. P.S. There may be a little outside noise.
📚 The exam has three parts. How's each part?
Section 1: Listening
🎧 This part has a total of 50 verses, about 35 minutes, divided into 3 sub-parts: Short Conversation, Long Conversation, and Academic Conversation.
Section 2: Structure & Written Expressions
✏️ This part has a total of 40 questions for 25 minutes. There will be two tests: fill in a sentence and find an error from the sentence given.
Section 3: Reading Comprehension
📚 This part has a total of 50 questions. At 55 minutes, the exam will read all the long articles to answer about 10 questions. Most of them will capture the synonym of the word.

Overall, I think the exams are both difficult and easy to mix. The main challenge is time because we are done and can hardly come back to review other things. 🥹 Part Listening If you fall out and come back to do it is quite difficult. Part Structure is quite confusing. I'm not sure which one is wrong. Part Reading is a lot of reading. I'm so tired of the exam that I almost dropped out.
For those who are hesitant about which exam to take, let's take the TOEFL ITP exam. It's worth the price and preparation time compared to TOEFL IBT or IELTS, which is higher and has a longer time to prepare. 🎉
