Her Majesty the Queen of the Thousand Year Royal to the Conservation of Mangrove Resources
In 2001, Her Majesty the Queen of the Thousand Years expressed concern for the problem of the multiplying mangroves at the time, saying:
"Now that the mangroves have been destroyed a lot, we should teach our children the value of the mangroves that are useful to all Thais in this land, that help preserve food, such as plants, fish, and fish, which I think we still love this land, which is not worthy of the many benefits of this land. We also know the value of this land is little, do not cherish, do not care for it, is a golden land, has resources, food for the Thais forever, without becoming a starving country."
From the words that reflect His Majesty, from the long eyes of the importance of mangroves of immense value to all life, and Thailand is one of the few countries around the world that plays a significant role in mangroves, with a rich mangrove area, with a variety of organisms, both plant and animal species, as a result of strict protection, restoration and law enforcement.
