Why do some scenes make us cry?
We always knew, "It's a made-up story."
The other day, someone commented after reading the latest episode of our novel.
She was sad about the departure of "Mind."
Neither Mind is human.
Never existed.
And just a character in one sci-fi novel.
The question is...
If we already knew it wasn't true,
Why are we still hurt?
