3 steps to complete all goals
Don't just make the plan - build the system.
We fail to do some things, not because we are lazy, but because the environment does not provide.
1. Overview:
1.Try a list of all variables that will make our goal unsuccessful
- Target: Read a book for 1 hour a day.
- Variables that will make it unsuccessful: working late, traffic jams, getting home late, sleepy, etc.
- Plan: Read hard. No matter how tired you are, you have to read every day.
2. Repeat the feasibility of planning the task:
- because Motivation and Willpower aren't enough to create continuity to follow the task plan and get it to the goal.
- Assess if the plan will be done every day. If it is not done, go back to Article 1 and try to find a simpler way and adjust it to the plan that we can do repeatedly.
- From our original plan, which says, "You have to force yourself to read" - but how many days can we do this? "→ This plan does not work!!!!Let's try to change ways, such as reading a book at work, so that we can eliminate the chances of getting tired from traffic jams and being lazy to read a book. Then let's see if we can do it repeatedly until we reach our goal.
3. It is not uncommon to feel self-imposed:
- Because some change is to get yourself out of familiar areas and to build habits.
