From last year's 2023 practice to the first hundred, but back then DNF Did not finish 72K.
This year we started practicing from the beginning of the year. Let's start seriously in April. About 5 months ago, 100 Lo Trained by Bank Page, a long-haired runner. Practice hard, compared to our potential. Tired but good. 😂 Happy. This year, practicing without any disturbance. Unlike the year before, I was so bored that I had to consult a psychologist.
"I'm bored at this time. What do you have to do? Wake up to practice, work, work, work, go home, yoga, sleep like this. I want to do everything. And when doing it, I'm happy. But I don't know why I'm bored. What to do?" Click to send in ib. If you want to be more tense, I will tell the doctor.
At home, sitting for 15 minutes, showering for 15 minutes, yoga for 30 minutes, praying for 10 minutes, blah blah, like putting pressure on yourself, and the doctor answered:
"What is repeated is that there is some Ian Déjà Vu. You have to ask yourself when you are bored, when you run in the morning, or when you work, or when you have to try to discipline yourself and modify your exercise."
We came back to think about what time, but actually couldn't think about it 😂, but still practiced running the same way and came back to the precipitation that in our lifetime at that time, we had a lot to think about a girlfriend who secretly talked to someone else about running an island in the province of Trad Tae Runner and didn't refund. We had to find that document that made us put everything together until we were stressed.
Therefore, some problems, if we do the best that one can solve, but it is not really solvable, we should let go and ignore it. Accept and do what we should do that is good for us enough. This year we choose to be more patient and practice, cheer us up.
