Bacon Cheeseburger Bowl
This one is low carb & yummy!
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 strips of cooked bacon chopped
Seasoning to taste
1 russet potato rinsed & chopped
Olive oil
Shredded cheese
Burger sauce
Lettuce
Pickles
Jalapeños (optional)
Coat potatoes in a lil olive oil season with salt and lawrys but in single layer in air fryer 400° for 15 minutes.
Cook patties and chop up in skillet, add onions and bacon and cook until browned, drain.
Add the rest of the ingredients plus the potatoes and meat mix in a bowl any way you like. Basically fix your burger without the bun and enjoy!!
