Remember, do not allow the family that you come from affect or destroy the family that you build .

Understand it’s OK to let your bloodline go. The things they give you trauma is better as a distance and you heal.

Remember, God allows things to happen to make you stronger and to come to him 🫶

I have been through the worst and I always come out 10 times stronger and no matter what my kids are happy healthy and I’m going to continue doing that no matter what , and no matter what life throws at me, I’m going to continue fighting. There’s not a battle that I can’t overcome for my kids and with the Lord. ❤️

It’s essential to recognize that healing begins with acknowledging these issues. The key is to focus on creating a positive legacy, one that promotes strength, love, and resilience for our children. Surrounding them with support and encouraging them to express their feelings creates a foundation for emotional stability. Furthermore, instilling faith can significantly contribute to a strong familial bond. Many find comfort and strength in their beliefs, which assists in navigating life's challenges. Engaging in shared activities such as family prayers or discussions about values can further strengthen this bond. Ultimately, the focus should be on building a legacy of happiness, health, and love, ensuring that our children receive the best of what life has to offer, regardless of past burdens.
