Breathable fabrics like moisture-wicking polyester or bamboo blends help move sweat away from your body quickly, keeping you dry and reducing any irritation. Cotton, while comfortable, tends to absorb sweat and can leave you feeling damp and heavy. Another useful tip is to bring a small towel with you to the gym. Wiping down equipment before and after use maintains hygiene and helps you feel more comfortable. Additionally, using an antiperspirant deodorant before your workout can control excessive sweating and odor. Hydration also plays an important role. Staying well-hydrated helps regulate your body temperature and can minimize the intensity of your sweat. Lastly, showering soon after workouts and changing into fresh clothes can greatly improve how you feel post-exercise.
