... Read moreIn my own career journey, I've often encountered situations where some people come across as overly entitled, especially in business and marketing environments. It can be frustrating dealing with this mindset because it sometimes hampers collaboration and progress. One story that stands out involved a client who expected comprehensive results without investing the necessary effort or resources. This experience taught me the importance of setting clear boundaries and communicating expectations upfront to avoid misunderstandings. What helped me stay grounded was adopting a CEO mindset—taking full responsibility for my role, focusing on solutions rather than problems, and keeping a professional, positive attitude. Maintaining this mindset encourages resilience and helps manage stress in challenging encounters. Additionally, working in digital marketing requires empathy and patience. Recognizing where others are coming from, even if they seem entitled, can help create a constructive dialogue rather than escalating tension. I've found that providing transparent information about processes, timelines, and outcomes helps align expectations and fosters trust. Interestingly, I also learned valuable lessons from my activities outside of marketing, such as cleaning and organizing, which require patience and attention to detail—qualities that directly translate to professional effectiveness. Incorporating practices from varied aspects of life, including something like 'M61 cleaning,' bolsters discipline and focus. Overall, dealing with entitled attitudes is never easy, but embracing a CEO mindset, clear communication, and empathy can turn difficult situations into growth opportunities. Sharing these personal experiences helps me connect with others navigating similar challenges, reinforcing that entitlement in the workplace is a common hurdle with practical solutions.

Just some iPad inspo for your feed 🩵
I'm not gonna lie, when I first got an iPad I had NO idea what I actually wanted to use it for and it kinda just sat on my desk as decoration for a while. Now that I've actually managed to incorporate the iPad into my daily routine/just using it in general, I'm making it my mission to

BOOK SERIES that are NOT SPICY 🌶️ ❌
I’m not gonna lie to you guys right now… I prefer romance books with no spice. THERE I SAID IT. I just feel like some authors rely too much on the spice to carry the book while the authors that choose to not write smut focus on the actual relationships more 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyways… . . . #closedd

some of these were actually a mistake😟
I’m not even gonna lie… I fully judged these based on the bag and I was wrong on half of them 😭 the dill pickle gives “fun in theory” and then you eat 5 and you’re over it. the jalapeño cheddar made me mad because they’re not bad… they’re just so forgettable. I only reach for the extra flamin

A light brown image features dark brown text: "Chick-fil-A tastes like the chickens grew up in a nice neighborhood with both parents." Below the text are dark brown silhouettes of a chicken, three houses, and a small tree, illustrating the humorous statement.
Not gonna lie… Chick-fil-A tastes different. 👀🍗
You ever notice Chick-fil-A chicken just hits different? 🍗😂 It’s like the chickens grew up in a nice neighborhood, with both parents, went to church on Sundays, and had perfect attendance at school. No wonder it tastes so blessed. 🙌🏾✨ #JanayJourney #FoodHumor #ChickfilaVibes #DailyLaugh

Not Gonna Lie... It Looks Gross but It WORKS
I’ve seriously had enough of salads and chicken breast lately 🥲, so I went on a hunt for better options—and I ended up obsessed with chia seeds! They look like dessert, taste like a treat, but they’re super low-cal and keep you full. I’m actually losing weight while enjoying every bite! After enj

A hand holds a black TRESemmé Rich Moisture Shampoo bottle with a pump. Overlay text labels it an "Overhyped Product" and advises "Save your money from buying this," rating it "0/10 Never again," reflecting negative user experience.
Affordable product but not worth it to be honest
I’m not even gonna lie, TRESemmé was one of the worst shampoos for my hair personally. At first it made my hair feel super clean, but after a while, my hair started feeling dry, kind of stripped, and harder to manage. It lathers a lot, which feels nice in the moment, but it almost felt like it
