One thing that helped me was pacing myself and listening carefully to my body’s signals. When overwhelmed, short rests helped more than pushing through exhaustion. Gentle prenatal exercises tailored for the third trimester also provided relief and helped maintain mobility. Connecting with other parents expecting rainbow babies — those who experienced previous pregnancy loss — can offer valuable emotional support. Sharing stories and encouragement fosters a sense of community and understanding. Ultimately, while the journey is demanding, the anticipation of meeting your baby keeps you motivated. Each kick and movement is a reminder that the end is near and a new beginning awaits. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, remember that these feelings are common and seeking support from loved ones and healthcare providers is important for a positive pregnancy experience.
