My biggest skincare concern and how I solve it..👀

As someone who is in there 20s I noticed my skin has been changing! When I was a teen my skin used to be super oily and I could get away with using only a few products.

I started to notice that my makeup was not looking that great on my skin! My foundation and powders were clinging onto dry patches that have never been there when I was younger!

That was when I noticed wow my skin has definitely changed and I have to do something about it! I had to get new products that are for dry skin and not oily!

Who else has dry skin??

... Read moreTransitioning skin types can be quite a challenge, especially when you move from oily to dry skin as you age. Many people in their 20s start noticing subtle but significant changes in their skin’s texture and hydration levels. When this happens, it’s crucial to adapt your skincare routine to meet your skin’s new needs. One effective approach is to carefully introduce more hydrating products gradually into your regimen. For instance, incorporating rich creams like Weleda Skin Food Original Cream, which contains potent plant extracts designed to nourish dry skin, can make a big difference. These nourishing formulas help replenish moisture and soothe dry patches, which often cause makeup to look cakey or heavy. Additionally, using skincare sprays for an extra boost of hydration during the day can help maintain your skin’s moisture barrier, ensuring it stays smooth and supple. Avoid harsh products that strip your skin’s natural oils, and instead choose gentle, moisturizing cleansers and serums. It’s also important to recognize that makeup application can behave differently on dry skin. Opt for hydrating or dewy-finish foundations and powders specifically formulated for dry skin types. These products help prevent flakiness and patchiness, giving you a more natural and youthful look. If you experience frustration or uncertainty about how to adjust your routine, remember that trying new products slowly and observing how your skin responds is key. What works for one person may not work for another, so personalized experimentation is essential. Finally, connecting with others who have similar skin concerns—whether through hashtags like #dryskincareroutine or communities focused on skincare—can provide valuable tips and product recommendations from real experiences. Embracing this journey with patience and self-care can help you confidently manage your skin changes and keep your complexion looking its best.
