What I made for lunch as a college student

I have been focusing on making more home cooked meals and consuming more Whole Foods! As a college student time is limited for me some days and this bowl works well with my schedule. This bowl took about 20 minutes to put together and is high in protein! TIPS -cottage cheese adds more protein.
