I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately 🤍

There were habits I thought were helping my anxiety,

but over time I realized some of them were quietly making it worse.

For me, it was ruminating — replaying thoughts, analyzing feelings, and trying to think my way out of emotions instead of actually letting myself feel them and let them pass.

Noticing those patterns was uncomfortable, but it also helped me soften toward myself and start healing more intentionally.
